I'd say it'd have to be a pretty impressive pass if it's going to reduce your weight.

Technically it depends on if fart gas is lighter or heavier than air. If equal then it would make no difference, otherwise it ought to make a difference measurable by extremely sensitive equipment. Unless I have missed a major principle of physics gases have weights as much as liquids and solids and a bubble should therefore contribute to the weight of a solid object if contained inside it.
