As far as I am aware there is no prohibition on the sale of alcohol from supermarkets during the lockdown so SparklyKid can easily nip down to the local Spar for a loaf of bread and a bottle of rum.

theland i suggest that is not happening, its why its spreading so rapidly. many people aren't all complying with the law.
