7 Answers
Today I was asked to update BT Cloud on my HP laptop. I was told to accept 'uninstall' of the current one. I did so and asked it to install the latest version, which showed as being accepted. However, when I try to open via the icon on the destop, nothing happen at all. Is there a solution please ? I can still view photos and all files on my ipad.

If it works, right-click on the desktop shortcut to delete it. Return to the Start menu and drag 'BT Cloud' onto your desktop, giving you a new shortcut.
If that doesn't work for you, uninstall BT Cloud, restart your laptop, download the installation file (from here https:/ /www.bt .com/cl oud/dow nload ) and run it to reinstall the app.

I uninstalled BT cloud yesterday. I have just installed the latest version via MyBt on my broadband account. It installed and left an icon on my desktop with a tick in it. When I clicked to open, the tick turned into a tiny blue circle(not moving at al)
and refuses to open. I think I may be looking for a different storage system. I see from other websites that many others have had the same problem since 1 December 2020 and BT are acknowledging there is a problem, but doing nothing to solve it !
