I can't make pampas grass fit the clue. As I said, number of letters not given, but I don't see what 'grass' has to do with 'range'. Unless it's talking about 'the pampas' as the area of S America where the wild cat lives?

I'm sorry, I don't understand where Venus flytrap comes from?
