The Israelis have so far vaccinated 1,224,000 of their 9 million population. UK 944,539.

My local vaccination centre appears to be closed today which seems odd. Had been very busy previously.

Palestinians of the left Bank & Gaza Strip are not being "excluded" from vaccines by the Israelis, they come under the aegis of the PA who for their own warped political reasons do not want any assistance from the Israeli government. That is a fact.
