Two of my neighbours are having a fight on FB because one neighbour's cat prefers to live at the other neighbour's house. She just lets herself in through the cat flap and settles down. She problem enjoys the peace and quiet as this couple have no children.

How can this be solved? What would you do if you were either neighbour?

I think you can buy cat flaps which only respond to specific cat collars.
I was reading about something like this the other day. I think Owner A just decided to let the cat do its thing, and said Owner B could keep the cat...if that was what the cat wanted.
That's what its all about really...what the cat wants.
I would also let the cat decide
As andrew said, what the cat wants the cat gets.

I would let the cat decide, too, as long as she wasn't being overfed by two dining at two kitchens.
There was a story on the news about a post at that was delivering notes to and from it's owner and another household.

Who's Andrew?
Let the cat decide, if I loved him I would let him choose where he wanted to live.
Agree with all those who say it's up to the cat.
my brother boarded a dog which wdnt jump in the owners car - - because a farm and other dogs was more fun than a home.
I boarded my muvvas cat and it was kinda never there. And when the Time came all the other old ladies came out severally and jointly and intoned
'oh we fed your cat when Peter didnt'

Maybe the neighbour could get a kitten and give it to the home where the cat comes from
