Most Expensive Wine Graoes

Wine grapes in which of the following regions are among the most expensive in the world, if we consider the region as a whole rather than looking at a specific site or vineyard?
A Santorini
B Hunter Valley Australia
C Rioja in Spain
D Duoro Valley Portugal

A bit of basic wine knowledge ought to eliminate most of those options. (e.g. nearly all of the vines in Rioja are Tempranillo, which certainly isn't going to be mega-expensive). The Assyrtiko grapes grown on Santorini would seem to be the most likely, as Victoria Moore's own column in the Daily Telegraph (where the quiz comes from) would seem to confirm:
