Never understood this one from my late Mother - in - law. and I may have to change one of the words. If she saw someone walking about who may have looked slightly confused, she would say, 'Look at her walking about like a t*t in a trance.'

'Cheap at half the price' is widely misquoted. The original is 'Cheap at twice the price', which makes sense.
She may well have, Gloria had a stunning pair of, um, lungs.
