He's gone to get changed in to his PJs after a bath, I always have the bedroom window wide open at the top, he says " it's like a bloody fridge in there":
Healthy sleeping I call it, he calls it madness :0(

My bedroom is unheated...I never saw the point of heating a room you're not in for 2/3 of the day. I have an underbed electric blanket in there.
I moved into the smaller, heated spare room a few months ago because of a minor roof leak. I've stayed in the little room...making sure the heating is off a few hours before I turn in. The window is always open, and I love it when it's windy...and I can feel a breeze on my hands and the rest of me is toasty under a heating pad that's on for a short time...with a moggy against my legs.
I'll miss that room...I'll move back in there when I've painted my bedroom.
Bobbi...tell hubby that covid advice is to have windows open.

I have never heated my own bedroom, only those with children in them and even then not too warm.

Eegh I identify. I’d rather be (slightly) chilly and have fresh air (esp when sleeping) whereas husb wld not open any windows from Oct to April!

We have the same argument, but it is my husband who likes the window open. In the end we swapped side of the bed as I had neck and earache! I love the window open in the summer, but the seagulls can be noisy at 5am! I always open the Windows when I get up as I like to air the rooms.

No heating on in bedroom - window open. If a wee bit chilly then a hot water bottle - sorted for a straight 8 hours sleep.
