Amazon Prime

I have for the past couple of months been trying to cancel my subscription to Prime but it is not activated. I tick the box to end it but it is never done. How can I stop this Prime.

Stop the direct debit, or standing order, however you pay. Think Amazon will soon stop it for you if they are not getting paid. Do you have a contact telephone number for them.

How much notice do you have to give? Most subscriptions don’t stop immediately.

When you cancel you do get a confirmation email so you know your cancellation is being processed.

I too have difficulty cancelling my subscription. I’ve logged in as per your second link. Followed the advise. Found “ end subscription” clicked on it nothing happens to quote what should happen see copied and pasted following advise “To cancel your Amazon Prime membership, go to Manage, click on Update, Cancel and More, and finally select End Membership. You will need to confirm your choice on the following screen.”
I don’t get the “following screen”.
