Wish I had your willpower ;-)
Today Ive had 4 rounds of toast for breakfast,
Sausage roll mid morning,
4 corn-beef sandwiches for lunch,
2 bags of crisps and a handful of choclate (Roses) mid-afternoon.
Currently got pork chops in the oven with a bit of veg.
Not one of my best days health wise, just grabbing what I can while out on a van all day.
(And a very happy birthday to you lcg;-) )

Not exactly haute cuisine here today:
I don't eat breakfast (and I didn't get up until lunchtime anyway).
My lunch was a Cornish pastie, simply served with gravy, followed by a carton of yogurt and several chocolate biscuits.
My evening meal has been a buttered jacket potato, topped up with a generous amount of Stilton, followed by an apple.
All of it has been washed down with countless mugs of chai, which I seem to be totally addicted to at the moment! (I've always loved chai but the one that Morrison's sells is really superb and absolutely packed with flavour: https:/ /grocer ies.mor risons. com/pro ducts/m orrison s-the-b est-100 -chai-t ea-bags -392953 011 )
