It will take more than the Senate trial to send him to prison. Impeachment results in the trial and if found guilty, all they can do is remove the President from office (done) (ii), annul his Presidential pension - no great deal in DT's case and (iii) he can't hold any Federal office again. Now for a guilty verdict, it's going to take the Democrat senators + 17 Republicans....can't see this happening.

Just been discussing the possibility of jail, Pasta. Would be a good extra punishment for others in jail but just think of the poor wardens. To be stuck looking after him with his mouth for every shift would be torture.

At the Andrews Base today, Donald Trump was surrounded by Secret Service agents after a man tried to rush the stage.

The Secret Service said the man was dangerous and disturbed, but they had to protect him anyway.

Proving once and for all: the best way to keep everyone safe and sound and as Biden has realised is to sign the executive order that cancels building the wall with Mexico and, instead, to build it around Donald Trump.
