Trouble is, it is urgent. Mrs A has gone downhill very fast, and can’t get up from her chair.

Understood Allen, in that case just make sure you get the right type for the space you have. One that reclines as well as lifts will need a lot of space behind it. A wall hugger which just lifts only needs a few inches.

Might be best to enquire on their current lead times, but I think it's usually around a week, so this might work for you?

Rather than just buying a riser recliner though, I would recommend getting an assessment first to make sure it's right, and ideally, having it measured up correctly.
