Under the chin, both sides, feel quite large no other symptoms,otherwise feel fine. Anything to worry about?

From what you have described, at the moment it,s no big deal.
You are probably feeling normal salivary glands.

Was back to normal the following day after plenty of Cider Vinegar gargles...
