'Waccy Baccy', in small doses, does indeed mellow the toker, TTT. However, when taken constantly, it has the total opposite effect. Ex son-in-law of mine a prime example. Hardly ever saw him without a spliff on the go and he's a complete 'head the ball'.

Having been known to enjoy the odd smoke in my younger days and visited Amsterdam a few times, I found that the Dutch themselves didn't smoke too much, rather it was the visiters who puffed themselves into a daze. I guess if it's readily available, it's not as much fun.

cannabis ( dope ) comes in various flavours ( cultivars ) and the high yield stuff ( dope: skunk ) seems to have a powerful effect
