Hi Jenny, on bottom lefthand corner you see little icons, one is calendar but just down there beside your emails is 3 dots ... click on them and file opens up like a paperclip

The Outlook.com website doesn't work in the same way as the Outlook email client does, so there's no menu bar (with 'Fle', 'Edit', 'View', etc or similar).

What is it that you're seeking to do?

Ducksie's reply seems to be referring to adding a file as an attachment. Is that what you're trying to do?
