Being A Wimp ?

Am I being a wimp ? I had a phone call from my surgery yesterday asking me to make an appointment for my annual health and blood pressure check. Since making the appointment I have been nervous. I have tried to be as careful as possible over the past months and if all goes to plan I should be having the vaccination next month. Am I silly to think that it would be dangerous to go to the surgery ?

my asthma and blood pressure reviews are due now.They asked me to fill in an online form for my asthma and then the nurse called me to discuss the results.I now have to send them 7 days of blood pressure readings so that i dont have to go down there.Depending on what your annual health check involves maybe there are other ways that it could be done.If i had to go it wouldn't really worry me but give them a call to discuss your worries.

It may be low risk to go but it'd be even lower not to, if your health is OK at the moment of course.

I was overdue my annual blood pressure check, to ensure my regular tablets are doing their job.

I have my own blood pressure machine. The surgery was more than happy for me to take my own readings and have a phone consultation.
