Last night I was cursing my freezer (one of the drawers is forever sticking )

Then I realised:

I’m im blessed to have a freezer.
I’m blessed to have food in that freezer
I’m blessed to have electricity to power that freezer
I’m blessed to be physically capable of walking to said freezer
I’m blessed to be able to cook the food
Etc

Sure many people wld be grateful for a freezer full of food - even a wonky drawered one
As in a very old expression -we should be thankful for small mercies. For some of us its waking up in the morning to be honest.

I'm lucky to live where I live, have enough to eat, and all my family are so far safe and well.
Congratulations to Pollyanna and her freezer. It’s a wonderful world.
Last night I stubbed my toe on our bedroom chest of drawers, but then I realised I was lucky to have a chest of drawers:
I was lucky to have toes to hurt.
I was lucky to have feet to put the socks on.
I was lucky to have bits to put in my underpants.
I was lucky to have legs to put my feet on.
I was lucky to have an iPad.
I was lucky to have fingers to type on my iPad.
My goodness I’m truly blessed. Hallelujah.
ludwigvan got up on the wrong side of the bed again.
There's a right side, Pasta?
For some people...no. ;)
Exactly.... :-)
Lol ludwivgan, that made me chuckle!
