No I dont think he was. He didnt want a child. If she really wanted it she could have and bought it up on her own. You canmt force someone to be a dad when they dont want to be.

Yes I thought he was cruel. She is only 17 and was frightened he'd leave her. It would have been nicer if he'd said he would stand by her whatever her decision was. I know it's only a soap but I felt sad for her.

I think he could have been a bit more tactful, but then Stacey should have spoken up and said how she felt.

yes a bit more tactful, but why should he have to stand by her when he doesnt want a kid. If she didnt want to she wouldnt have. So if he was forced into being a dad that would be so much better would it??

He went ahead,too busy punishing his old man by saying he doesnt want to end up like his old man,he didnt have too,he had the power to change the future,this will fester between them until she hates the sight of him,she wont forgive him for this,it'll bubble away until it comes to a head.

Hadn't she heard of contraception - she went to so much trouble to find a place to sleep with him you'd have thought she'd of thought of that. And don't bother saying he should have as well - when can you ever trust a man to think about that?
