One bottle in a 4 x 2ltr pack of wster leaked in my delivery tonight.
I was refunded 1/3 of my bill...everyyhing that got wet/soaked.
How very kind of them ;)

A while back the electronic banking system failed as I was about to pay, I didn't have cash, but as I had made an offer of payment, they were great, the supervisor issued me with vouchers to pay so I got my shopping free with apologies for the inconvenience.

M and S. At the time of my wedding, I had ordered a couple of cake bars to make sure guests could have a decent slice and take some home. The form had a space for date of event I think. I ordered it asking for the longest possible expiry date. One of the bars would expire the day after collection and one the day before the wedding. When I challenged this I was told they only had to be in date at the point of sale. The attitude was take it or leave it. With five days to go they wouldn't accept another order because they wanted 7 days notice. I admit I used them, they were fine but not even the offer of a discount from the store.
