Having a clearout of old commercially produced cd's. Is there any way that they could be recycled, as glass bottles etc are, or shall I shove them in the bin?

Why not sell them? Or give them to a charity shop.
Hi,

If you are throwing them out - Send them to me. I will pay you a percentage of any profit I make from selling them to friends or on eBay!

Regards.

Sell them on eBay! You'd be surprised what people will be happy to buy (I for one recently bought a double CD of 12 inch 80s remixes.... it's truly awful!).
i used old aol discs last years as xmas decks for all the trees in my garden, looked great when the light hit them.

Sorted! A local playgroup is going to use them as Christmas decorations, putting a small pic of each child on the front and back of the disc, then letting them dangle in the room.

Cheers guys!
