Reckon your sister would be crazy to give up her independence and the roof over her head to move in with this lazy tight fisted slob
His mother probably waited on him hand and fist from birth and now he's looking for a replaement with sex thrown in.
Tell her she deserves better and it's about time she looked around for somebody who wants an equal partner, not just a household slave. Is her self-esteem so low that this is all she thinks she is worth?

Well he can do as he pleases in his own house but he shouldn't expect her to do anything, or pay anything, that's unreasonable.
I've been with my wife for nine years now and she still has her flat in Covent Garden, initially probably because she wasn't sure of me completely and later because it's always sensible to keep property if you own it. If she owns her flat tell her to rent it as then it's always available for her to move back into if he turns out not to be Prince Charming ( which I think is a more or less forgone conclusion). He sounds like he's got a real attitude problem though to me and I suggest she avoids him like the plague.
