Feel like the loneliest person on Earth at the moment.
About to become a grandad, but feel like I just want to pass away now.
Done all thats humanly possible but apparently thats not good enough.

Nailit. As they say we can chose our friends we can't chose our family. If you met your sisters as strangers would you like them as people, would you want them as friends, if not then accept that a gap between you is inevitable, and doesn't make you any less. I suspect you are already grieving for your mum I know she is still a live but anticipatory grief is just as...

I've just read through this and can't really add to all the advice so far. But, I'll say...based on your latest response...maybe you need to say no sometimes. There's nothing wrong with being a bit selfish so that you can take CARE of yourself.
I'm glad you've cleared the air with one sister, I hope you can all be in tune with one another soon. It's important for families to join forces when things are tough. Best wishes to you and your family.
Glad to see that you're on talking terms with one sister.
I quote from a great 20th century writer.

He never learned to play the game,
He never scored a try,
And when the final whistle blew
He didn’t pass - he died.
