Sky Q No 'Catch Up'

I changed to SKY Q a couple of months back and now I cannot use 'Catch Up' for programmes on Channels 4 and 5, it asks me to pay a fee to have this service, before I changed I had normal Sky and could access this service without a problem, any ideas?
Do I need to contact Sky and ask them or is there something I can do myself with the remote?
