Can't recall if it is the same advert, but I checked on an ad a few weeks that was African. It was "Wimoweh" by a Manu Dibengo.

Whoops - may have the wrong one (speakers not connected so can't check) but - and the reason I noticed that - was if you scroll down a few questions, the answer is there.
