If you've launched the Facebook Watch app for the first time, you should see an 8-digit code. You then need to use your computer (or mobile device) to register that code before you can proceed any further.

That would appear to be a problem with the wi-fi connection between your router and your TV. Other than turning both your router and your TV off, and then waiting a while before powering them up again, I can't think of any solution at the moment. (Sorry!)
dont be sorry Chris - it's great to even get it - will turn off everything you say - cos had to do that when I got my new SkyQ in - said the cable wasn't connected so I switched off everything and evertyhing is ok.
