It's also unnecessary to have fubarred them.
In the last two weeks where I live two pubs have had to call it a day - the requirement to pay rent, with no income, doesn't go away etc, etc, etc...
I sincerely hope Boris recognises this on Monday and allows people in the hospitality industry to actually earn a living.
Plus, by christ (and I fully accept it's a first world problem) I'm really bloody missing meeting up with mates in the pub.

I can assure you that is not the case. There are many businesses still investing in refurbishments and even expansions / conversions.
The Yorkshire Grey will probably be taken on by some pub-co or entrepreneurs.
