Bobbie - We always have dinner in the evening. We stopped our lunchtime roast deliveries from the pub because we find it difficult to eat a dinner at lunchtime. We just snack at lunchtime when we fancy it. We breakfast and lunch at different times and have different things, but we do eat together in the evening. Been out in the garden this afternoon and it all looks a mess! I can't garden any more. It looks more like a woodyard out there now. There are loads of crocus, snowdrops and primroses in the grass and daffs will be out soon. At long last I have had some fresh air!!
I think it's the way you were brought up Apc, for example we in the North call an evening meal Tea and have maybe a snack at dinner time , usually between 12-1
It was always Sunday Dinner between 12-2 when I was growing up , and it was usually getting served up to Two Way Family Favourites on the wireless , :0)))
