Blocking A Company Email Address

Over Christmas I bought quite a lot from The White Company online,now I get a pesky email every day , I'm sick of pressing unsubscribe , in fact it shows ive asked to be unsubscribed but still they keep coming, I followed instructions ie Settings and enter email to be stopped, but this only applies to phone numbers I've blocked on my Apple phone which mirrors to my iPad , not a marketing address
Any ideas please?

Have you actually contacted them and told them this? They make not be aware that their unsubscribe isn't working.

Another way would be set up a spare free email address for this purpose. gmx.com is an example. Then login to your White Company account and change your email contact details.

It sometimes takes a couple of weeks to stop the emails when you unsubscribe

CJ, that sounds a big complicated haha, I only have the two email addresses ,one for here and a private one, I don't fancy yet another one ,but thank you

For yahoo
Open an email or select it from your mailbox.
Click the More icon Image of the More icon..
Click Block Senders.
Optionally, select to also delete emails you've received from the sender.
Click Ok.

here you go Bobbi, live chat or phone call. keep in mind that they probabaly don't operate their own email subscription service, it will be somebody like Mail Chimp so they (white company) won't knw there is a problem unless you tell them

PS you might aslo try messaging them through facebook or posting on their facebook page, I find it works wonders

Another temporary remedy is to mark the next email as spam. Any future emails will go direct to your junk box and you won't see them in the inbox.

Log into your White Co account and change your contact preferences, rather than unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the email. Sorry if you've already done that!

If you get nowhere contacting customer services, try emailing their data protection officer directly. I have just checked their privacy policy on the website and the address is [email protected]
