Help, i have recently started exercising (2hrs a night) and have started getting spots down below (cough cough) and a little bit on the inside of my groin. There are not loads of spots but they are rather sore.
I am very prone to spots on my chin but never had it down there before and it has only started since i started exercising. As soon as i finish exercising i always have a shower.
What can i put on it to clear them up - i have tried savalon and sudacreme but that seems to make them spread more. Does anyone else get this?
P.s i know it isn't anything like a std as i haven't been with anyone in over 5 years in any capacity.
I think maybe you should try showering and making sure you are completely dry BEFORE exercising. Also could you change the sort of exercise you do- such as swimming?
No i have a set exercise schedule (for medical reasons)and swimming isnt a high burning enough sport for me. i will try the washing before hand but by the time i get home from work and actually do the excercise and then shower and so on i find i am running out of time what with dinner, family and so so on.
A good sprinkle of talc before you start exercising should help. If they're from sweating and friction this will definitely reduce your reaction. If this doesn't help then you should seek medical advice.
the talc might not work cause friction is causing the spots and it will get wet from sweat when you excerise, so my suggestion is vasaline to reduce the friction, give it a go it worked for a heat rash i got from jogging
But make sure to clean it all off then try the talc after excerising
