with a scanner is traditional, they'll probably have one in the printers.
Does the printers have a scanner?

Do you have a small independent computer service co as mine has a scanner and then what they would do is scan it and send it to your e-mail - or you could access your e-mail on their computer and pick the scan up that way.
You could take a photo with your phone if the camera is good enough

Ok...thanks for the answers. I'll assume I can do it at the printers.
I've also found instructions for doing it via my tablet camera...not sure it's good enough though.
There are probably far more households with scanners than those without these day (simply because they're incorporated into all-in-one inkjet printers, which are by far the most popular type of printers for home use).

So you might be able to ask a friend, neighbour, relative or colleague to scan the document. They could then email the resultant file to you.

I got it printed and scanned at a local shop in town...charged £3.50 I think.
