I agree with jackdaw. Don't take DTC seriously. I presume that English is not your first language, and so we should try to help constructively. I am always grateful when a French speaker helps me.

D2T, that is precisely what the OP is doing and asking ABers for some help -- please don't be rude.
If more than one sister. Then:

The CD that I bought for my sisters are in the kitchen.

If just one sister then:

The CD that I bought for my sister is in the kitchen.

Just to confuse matters we sometime abbreviate this to:

The CD that I bought my sister's in the kitchen.
(one sister)
If there is only one CD the 'is' works regardless of how many sisters.
Sorry forget that - I was thinking more than one CD ! It just shows how confusing the language is.
