Just been out for a walk with doggie.A nice starry night up here in Bieldside. The Plough constellation is directly overhead,Orions belt is on the horizon in the southwest, and the plieades are visible on the western horizon.I have never seen the Plough directly overhead, usually to the north.Has the Earth taken a tilt?
Thanks, sanmac.I would like to get into this whole astronomy business. Was once told that without the moon, the earth would collapse or spin out of orbit.Nonsense surely.
