Setting Up Email Addreses In Ms 365
5 Answers
I have three devices using MS Outlook for emails. On one I have had no problem setting up all four of my email addresses but on the other two I can't seem to manage it.
Has any other member had a similar experience/ solution?

Have you tried adding the accounts manually (using the information available on the emails providers' websites)?

I have been able to add in [email protected] but not [email protected] for example. Likewise the same problem with tiscali accounts.
I find that I am asked for too many bits of information that I don't know the answer to when I try to set up manually.

I can add [email protected] but can't manage [email protected]. The same with my tiscali accounts. One address adds in OK but not another address. I can't handle the manual version. It's gobbledegook to me.
Manual set-up is actually quite straightforward:
If you're asked to choose between POP3 or IMAP access to your account, select IMAP. Then simply work your way through the information required by Outlook, using the data from the 'IMAP (recommended)' column here:

(I've assumed that it's only TalkTalk accounts that you're having problems with. If you've got another email provider, and you're having problems there too, google the name of the provider, together with 'IMAP' to find the relevant information that you'll need).
