Tuesday. it's rather strange outside this morning. The hills are half hidden in fog, half clear. The fog is thick, I think it's here for a while. It'll be interesting when it comes time to venture forth, the cloud base is low. Another chilly one methinks.

We walked from here to the MetroCentre and took the scenic route through the woods, I'd reckon on about 5 miles with detouring

i don;t exercise much these days, because of the osteo arthiritis which is a nuisance - but perhaps once we get into spring, summer, i might give it a go, walking around the local park for one thing.

i dream a lot, very graphic ones, one where i was helping to paint this huge house, but everything was painted white, including the furniture, very odd...

Mine were very disjointed and I don't remember them per se but I did see our friend who was 53+ when Covid took him last November , he walked from one room to another and had a plate in his hand, how weird was that?

that is weird, but perhaps our brains sift out stuff whilst we dream.
i know that the three times i woke up last night, i had been dreaming each time.
