I find it odd that apart from the first few days there seems to have been very little coverage of people having to quarantine in hotels on arrival in the UK from certain countries. I can't remember seeing anything about those having completed their time, and wondered if it was considered a 'success' or whether it was difficult to police.

I'd be interested to know if they all did their time though, or are they out there possibly infecting the rest of us?
Either just more BS from government, or the hotel fee was meat to put them off traveling in the first place, and may be its working?
I keep seeing in the news that bloke whose 10 year old was forced to quarantine in a hotel - idiot
Bednobs is that the one who said he's son should be allowed to go to school (maybe boarding school)
Someones story here- complaining about having to do some of his own washing

not sure bobbin - it was a bloke in Scotland whose son flew in from a nordic country and was forced to quarantine (so he was forced to do the same)
I think there is no story. There were items when it started about the people who had been in quarantine and what they had done, what they had been given to eat and so on but it wasn't very interesting....basically the stories were "It wasn't too bad...I was bored...the food was ok/indifferent"
