Do you know the postcode?
Do you know line of worK? Does he have own busness?

Royal mail may deliver a letter , the postman may know, if you make the number undeciferable on the envelope. Depends perhaps on how big the road is

If you know hes trade its easier- for example if hes a plumber it'll be easyer to find him. There were some listed as automotive (cars) industry- mechanic,, sales?
