A lovely story. However, as a breeder of parrotlets, I can confirm their chicks are even smaller than budgies! So far as I know, parrotlets are the smallest parrots in the world. What they may lack in size, they make up for in intelligence and the ability to defend themselves! They make wonderful pets.

Lovely. And for the same reason I don't eat cute little chickens, perhaps because they are bred in their millions and are considered not worth thinking about. How can love for cute creatures live alongside indifference to other cute creatures?
