I have signed up to Disney + and have a JVC smart tv. Despite looking at a few online tutorials I am struggling to install the Disney+ app on my tv. Any help please!

How old is your TV set? JVC changed their operating system around 2016 and it might well be that certain apps aren't compatible with older models. (App compatibility problems are common with people trying to download them to their TVs and definitely the most obvious reason for an app not showing up in a TV's app store). It goes wrong when I put in Disney Plus. I get 3 options, feratel webcams which is ski resorts, Boating, and US weekly tv. I do not get any other options and Disney plus comes up as not found.
