Germany is threatening to close the border with the French, the French are up in arms about the Germans making plans to go it alone, the Italians are raiding private business premises on the say so of the French and Germans then touting the ridiculous excuse that they didn't know what was going on in the factory or where the mystery product was headed for. They did not ask Astra Zeneca. The stock was intended for the EUSSR but no one in the EUSSR knew it was there or where it was headed. Good plan. When we were still manacled to the nest of vipers the could always comfort themselves that they were making it worse for us than it was for them and with a nudge and a wink move on to the next scam or theft from us. That comfort is now gone and they cannot stand the sights of each other again.

Juncker WAS commission president til 2019
it is now the awful Ursula v d leyen
I am fully aware that he is no longer the president and it was made abundantly clear at the start of the interview so I have no idea why you felt the need to post that but that can be said of the majority of your posts

thank you for reading it and not wondering what it was all about ( as is usual etc etc)
Steven Sackur was grilling Jean Claude Juncker about how badly Europe is handling this whole debacle
big diff between "being in charge" and "was in charge"
and sort of makes it lless worth watching. hence I withdraw my advice to watch it and change it to - -- not really worth watching
Juncker says oo la la at lot and we should have done this and we might have done that. and since he isnt involved
the question is a great - - so what?
or - - - so what you didnt at the time
bit disappointed really
sozza if this is not on the point - I have a habit of doing so
