Anyone aware of dairy-free milk subs free of oils?

We can also get Alpro soya milk. Again does not show oil in list of ingredients.

I like the coconut milk - brand name Koko. No oil mentioned in the ingredients list, but double check via the link. Its light, not too strong, and milk rather than coconut drink. Available in local Co-op and all main supermarkets. Original or unsweetened. I prefer the latter.

Alpro Cuisine Soya Whippable ingredients list: Water, vegetable oils and fats (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil, palm kernel oil), maltodextrin, sugar, hulled soybeans (2%), emulsifier (sucrose esters of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), sea salt, flavouring.

I prefer milk subs as I believe cattle are fed and injected with who-knows-what and ‘dairy’ generally I would avoid- though I do cave-in to a bit of cheddar...... I can’t take soya as it clashes with my thyroid.
If I can get more hemp seeds, I will try a ‘homemade’ milk from that!

if its not dietary but ethical, you might try looking at ethical or cruelty free milk.
