So N.I.C.E. Has decided that people with chronic ideopathic pain should no longer be prescribed painkillers by their doctors, but should be told to take exercise or talking therapy, seems a bit harsh.
And no Tora there isn’t a link, try reading/watching the flipping news.

bednobs, the earier story referred to draft guidance; it looks as though they've made it official now - that's about the only new thing.
Tens machine didn't do much for me, I walk everyday but can't walk very far, probably not far enough. I do try and manage without paracetamol or ibruprofen but it's not easy.
