I was wondering if anybody has had any recent dealings with BG .We are trying to get a refund, but cannot get through on the phone and they are not answering there fb messenger, any advice please.

the only dealings i've had is not being able to log into my account this year, several return emails have promised to put the problem right but no luck so far . . . good luck in trying to get assistance

Write a “proper” letter explaining how you haven’t been able to get hold of anyone/been ignored, and tell them if your refund isn’t paid within X amount of time, you will escalate the matter. Send it as “signed for.”

I would email BG with cc to ombudsman & your MP. Emails are better evidence than letters
