At Kenilworth Castle there is a sign 'Drivers of black cars leave their cars in this car park at their own risk'... WHY... because a bunch of degenerate crows come along and attack them! but for what reason, and is this problem exclusive to Kenilworth or a national / international problem.

That is odd, Iggy. Some castles are used a lot for wedding parties, so maybe Kenilworth cater for funerals and their car park is reserved for 'customers'? Or maybe it's the meeting place of the local Mafia? Or maybe the lord or occupant of the castle just has a thing against black cars - maybe he was run down by a London Taxi when he was just a little Lord Fauntleroy - and will attack them on site with a tree branch like John Cleese.
