Most TV programmes are made up of lots of different clips edited together. For example, if you watch panel games where, from time to time, participants are seen nodding in agreement with other competitors (or otherwise reacting to their contributions), those "noddies" (as they're known in TV circles) are actually filmed after the show and then slotted into what is broadcast to viewers.
FND probably utilises similar techniques but the programme's director (or editor) may have noticed that there was a shot where TG needed to be seen to respond to someone on her left but was actually filmed looking to her right (or vice versa). So a decision was made to reverse the image and hope that nobody would notice.
