It would be interesting to know if this is isolated to the US (I believe its not the first time) or whether it happens in other countries where police are armed(rest of the World really).

I was answering "Why are they still resisting arrest?" If you don't agree with my answer, why not try answering the question yourself? Why do they "fight and struggle and risk being shot"?
