Sorry but I tried to post something really quite important (to me) but it would not upload. I even tried re-posting it here after making this test and it didn't work. Are there other prohibited or monitored words (other than curse words) in AB?
It was about an issue with a landlord/workers turning up without warning and entering my property.

I know of nothing (in terms of offensive terms, etc) that would prevent an entire post from going through. AB's swear filters normally only block specific words, rather than whole posts.

I seem to recall having a problem once though when I'd copied and pasted text from somewhere else for inclusion here, where AB's server wouldn't accept it until I removed something from it. (I can't remember exactly what that 'something' was. I think it related to special characters, such as emoticons, that had got caught up in the text but I can't be sure).

^^^ If you try to post more than 4000 characters, Jno, the answer box simply refuses to accept the excess characters. The others should still post normally.

No it wasn't that long BUT it was copied and pasted so the formatting might have messed something up. Definitely nothing suggestive or controversial in any way. I'll try again. I'm going to try and post it in "Law" ..let's see if it works this time...
