Never Suffered Hay Fever Before Till Last Year And Now

Real bad runny nose and eyes and sneezing fits when putting out washing on the line,I can’t take antihistamine as even the non drowsy knock me for six, could this be because purer air ? No planes flying, none here anyway

I used to have dreadful hay fever, but had a teaspoon of local honey every morning all that summer and I’ve never had it since. It’s important that it’s local though.
I don’t like honey either but I did get used to it. Never had it since though.

At this time of year its almost certainly an allergy to tree pollen. Are there a lot of one particular type of tree near you?

I know someone who is very badly affected and persuaded the LA to take out some of the offending trees.

I’ve been to our local chemist and bought a nasal spray, hopefully that helps
