I’ve just checked on line and it says that an overdose of Mirtazapines is not fatal. I hope that is true, and that you can get the help you need nailit. Please don’t despair.

Seriously Nailit, I really think you need to get some professional help. Speak with your GP and tell them how you're feeling. You can't carry on like this and it can't be good for your family to see you like this either.

Didn't mean cause any alarm, sorry. Not in a good place for the last couple of weeks.
Drinking to much trying to deal with stuff...no change there...and then posting sh1 t on tinternet.
Going contact GP in morning.

Despite the arguements and vitriol sometimes expressed on R&S I think that we both have each others backs away from certain topics in real life.
