Deceased Very Best Friend

My lovely friend mentioned tonight , was the lover of my brother for 18 years, they finished, she became friends with my mother - with lots of recreation, mother died.


Then she clung on to me and we had great times for about 10 years - fun times in America and at home. Then she took Alzheimers and now

yesterday she was buried - and I am going to miss this funny witty boisterous character in my life. So I'm sad today.

Oh JJ, I am sorry - it is a cruel thing for sure.

You sound like you have a lifetime of memories to keep her close to your heart ♥

was the most funniest character in our lives (but didn't think she was funny) - character .

I brought up to home every weekend and we had fabs times.

When she went to the Home - I still brought her out to give what we call a "nice day" - but the alzhimers was very bad and things went awry. No matter through this - I am going to miss this very funny lady.

My sister-in-law's Mum was like that - she never saw herself as funny but she would have us all in stitches at times.

The gap can never be filled jj, but the memories remain - my sincere condolences.

This is an excerpt of the obituary I put in paper - part of it anyway.

" Remembering our wonderful fun times at home and in America - fantastic memories I will always cherish.

Your party piece - “I am the boss and I’m proud of it”. Yes you should be proud because you were a very kind and generous lady all your life and you managed to make people laugh and that was a gift.

You were always someone special, someone good and true. You will never be forgotten, for we thought the world of you"

She is the 2nd to die within 2 years of my very funny friends with loads of character. I have missed the first one very much (who was simply brilliant) and now another wonderful friend. I will miss them so much too There is a little void in my heart because they "cared" about me. They would have done anything for me.
